An accident took place in Sacramento County, and five people were hurt. As per the information from the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, the accident happened between two cars, in the Elk Grove-Florin Road and Bridalsmith Drive area.
After the crash took place, one of the cars was in the canal, said the fire official.
Out of the 5 people who were hurt, 3 people were found in the canal. Out of them, one person was majorly injured, while two children were taken to hospital with minor to moderate injuries.
Interestingly, two people in the other car declined to go to the hospital, as per the officials.
