Oakland:- On Thursday morning, a two-vehicle accident happened and an Oakland woman was taken to the nearby hospital, following the incident.
As per the reports from the officials, an officer was present at 6:25 a.m. on Southeast Douglas Avenue and Southeast Stephens Street, where he spotted a pickup fail to stop while heading to north to Stephens.
A Coquille man was driving the pickup which collided with an SUV driven by an Oakland woman, who was heading towards the Douglas. Near the intersection, both vehicles have hit a traffic pole.
The woman was suspected to have minor injuries and she was shifted to the CHI Mercy Medical. The pickup driver was cited for failure to obey the traffic laws.
Till the accident scene was cleaned up, the roads were closed for the travelers.
